Services: Psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults.  Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, relationship issues, individuals experiencing moderate to severe anxiety, harm related to substance use, and symptoms related to trauma.  Other services include meditation – mindfulness, Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing practices) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). In psychotherapy, verbal exploration is used to reduce emotional distress and increase life satisfaction, while aspects of yoga help create a pathway for therapeutic exploration by calming the mind.
